2. What data do we collect and why?
2.1 Contact form
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you send us (name, e-mail address, message, and any other fields you enter).

Purpose : to respond to your request and follow up on our commercial relationship.

Legal basis : legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f RGPD) - we have a legitimate interest in processing incoming requests as part of our business.

Retention period : data is kept for the time necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.
2.2 Browsing data and cookies
When you visit our site, technical data is automatically collected via Google Analytics (via MonsterInsights and Google Site Kit): anonymized IP address, pages visited, duration of visit, type of browser and device, source of traffic.

Purpose : statistical analysis of site audience, improvement of user experience.

Legal basis The following tools are available to you: consent (art. 6.1.a of the RGPD). These tools are activated only after obtaining your consent via our cookies banner managed by Complianz.

Retention period : in accordance with the retention settings configured in Google Analytics (default: 14 months).

2.3 Blog
Our site features a blog. The articles do not have an open comment system. No personal data is collected from readers when they read articles.
3. Sharing data with third parties
Your data will not be sold to third parties. They may be transmitted to the following technical service providers, strictly within the framework of the provision of their services:
Note on social network sharing buttons Our website integrates sharing buttons to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) via the Monarch plugin. The activation of these buttons may result in the collection of data by these platforms under their own conditions. We recommend that you consult their respective privacy policies.
4. Data transfers outside the European Union
Some of our subcontractors are established outside the European Union, notably in the United States (Google, WPForms). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the RGPD, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or certification to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Shelf life
Data is kept only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

Backup data from (UpdraftPlus): depending on the backup retention policy configured.
After this period, the data is deleted or made anonymous.
6. Your rights

8. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction or alteration. These measures include: HTTPS protocol (SSL encryption), regular site backups (UpdraftPlus), restricted and secure administrator access.
9. Minors
Our site is intended for a professional audience (B2B). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
10. Changes to this policy
